Vitamin B12
Methylcobalamin

Methylcobalamin is an active form of Vitamin B12 that helps the body to utilize fats & carbohydrates for energy & make new proteins. B12 is important in the maintenance of our metabolism, blood cells, & nerve function. Low levels of vitamin B12 can lead to fatigue & anemia in milder cases. More serious B12 deficiencies have the potential to impair heart & neurological function, leading to a wide range of serious symptoms, including but not limited to tinnitus, severe joint pain, memory problems, depression, anxiety, poor muscle function, infertility, ataxia & changes in reflexes. Early intervention & treatment of B12 deficiencies are key to maintaining healthy bodily function. Some medications, supplements, or over-the-counter drugs may interact with methylcobalamin. Always speak with your healthcare provider about everything you are taking. You should avoid eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice. Before taking, speak with your doctor if you are allergic to vitamin B12, have a genetic condition called optic atrophy, have blood in your urine, polycythemia, an ongoing infection, low iron or folate levels, are pregnant or plan to become pregnant, are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed.

Glutathione

Glutathione increases fat metabolism, especially in older patients, thus improving insulin resistance & can also reduce oxidative stressors found in the environment that can lead to cancer, diabetes, & arthritis. Other benefits can include: reduction of respiratory problems like asthma; reduce or eliminate tissue damage in diabetic patients, & increase blood circulation in arteries by reducing plaque buildup. Glutathione clears toxins & free radicles that lead to hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, sun spots, age spots, melasma, & acne. Glutathione supports cellular healing & regeneration which can result in healthier glowing skin. Great news for those looking to maintain a youthful glow for as long as possible: several studies have shown that glutathione injections help lighten excess melanin in the skin & improve uneven skin tone. Skin lightening is achieved by deactivating the tyrosinase enzyme responsible for skin pigmentation. Glutathione injections can also improve the appearance of the skin in psoriasis patients.
